Right--BSAC's scuba diving accident sample is too small...

You can't have it both ways. You can't argue that BSAC's sample is adequate because there are 700,000 scuba divers in the UK but then turn around and say that most of those non-BSAC divers don't count because they are not diving in the UK. As I said before, BSAC's sample is so small, the BSAC Scuba Diving Incidents (sic) Report is nearly worthless.
