You can't argue that BSAC's sample is adequate because there are 700,000 scuba divers in the UK but then turn around and say that most of those non-BSAC divers don't count because they are not diving in the UK. As I said before, BSAC's sample is so small, the BSAC Scuba Diving Incidents (sic) Report is nearly worthless. |
