Spilling tea would be an accident...

Lucas - BSAC Advanced/Retail

Some of you jokers seem to believe that spilling a cup of tea is something to laugh at. I've never met an American who could make a decent cup yet!

If you want to read about accidents, read an accident report not an incident report that contains more than just accidents. If you are not interested about the BSAC report then don't read it.

Why would BSAC want to collate global information that doesn't happen in Britain or involve it's members overseas? As so many people point out - it's the BRITISH Sub Aqua Club.

Please post links to any other diving organisations reports (don't bother posting any DAN stuff). I'll look forward to reading them if they even exist.
