I can't even believe this is getting the kind of media coverage that it is.  Gabe's got to be miserable. And I totally agree with Mark here - anyone with even the most simple knowledge of diving knows that there are LOADS of things that can wrong while doing it.

Now, it's stated on telegraph.co.uk that this was Tina's second dive, and it was a wreck dive at 90 feet? Seriously? How someone in their right mind would think that this reeks of foul play is beyond me. Accidents happen in diving, but that doesn't mean it's alright to start extraditing people and throwing them in prison because they did what they were trained to do to keep the body count low in an emergency situation.

Gabe, if you see this, I'm pulling for ya pal!
