	Another Mike Ball rip-off... Jane - OW/Self-employed September 29, 2007 at 08:42:47 Industry and passengers should know that Mike Ball takes 13% OF ALL TIPS off his staff. This is to pay for the staffs Christmas party 10% and the other 3% to process any credit card tips.  I think this is another example of a Mike Ball rip-off, whats worse still is it is against his own staff.
