warrants it. I did just return from a 3-day / 2 Night with Cairnes Dive Company (CDC) Kangaroo Explorer, and have to say I was absolutely disappointed. The boat was disgusting, the crew borderline unfriendly, and the food almost un-edible. I am not sure what this boat was like back in 2003, but in 2006, it needs to be sunk. The day we departed for the dive, we asked if there was availabiltiy for an extra night - there was, (not so surprisingly now)
so we signed up for it. Upon returning and trying to get a refund for the would be 3rd night, the shop said "no way". They actually told me to go to my travel insurance with DAN to get refunded -- which I refused. Please do better research than I did and pick a better company. I have dove in 6 different countries and this was by far the worst boat and worst level of service I have ever seen. |
