Stephanie, you didnt really clear anything up. If we cant go read the 5 stories somewhere then post all 5 on here. You are the third person to mention them on here implying he has told 5 versions of what happened on the dive.  I have only read the one version but would like to know the other 4.

Also, the rule of diving is not to go down to come up. Thats crazy. If you get separated from your buddy or they get into trouble, you give them 1 minute and you surface.  And from the way it sounds that is what he did after she knocked his mask off. I know if I was trying to help someone and they even touched my mask or regulator I would be outta there!

As far as the other divers, I have talked to a couple of them and they mentioned the strong current.  But strength of current is relevant to the diver themselves but you can look up on NOAA there was a tidal current at that time on that day. Also, according to the timeline of events they could not have been on a second dive.  The first dives of the day started around 930A and Tina's body was pulled from the water around 1030A which means it was physically impossible for them to have been on a second dive because they were with the last group in the water.  I did hear it mentioned something about computer problems because origionally they were one of the first groups to head out but returned to get either his or her computer fixed.

Because if you read the article closely the dive company says it was their second time in the water, not their second dive.  So they used a play on words. So it has pretty much been proven with the accounts of others this happened on their first dive of the first day. So the only information they would have had about the conditions would have been what the dive crew told them and he said from the first article they didnt give them an accurate description to make the proper judgement about the dive.

Mike Ball Dive Expeditions has had charges laid agasint them by the queensland government for safety violations resulting in her death. That was reported and verified a few months ago.  So what is it you are claiming he did directly that resulted in her death?  Because the Qeensland Government seems to be going the other way with charges against the dive company.  I am just trying to understand why you are so insistant he did something to her when the Queensland Government has charged the dive company?
