David C - Divemaster/Engineer May 30, 2006 at 10:49:10 I was simply stunned to read CDNN's report about the AquaZone settlement.  Apparently, Aquazone must pay $400,000 of the $1.4 million settlement even though the student who died signed a waiver release.  Does that mean that scuba diving waivers are not worth the paper they are printed on?
