	Trip cancellation insurance is OK, but the owner should pay after the trip starts... Dana - Open Water Diver/Sales November 8, 2004 at 01:27:22 I sure can understnad if I cancel the trip, there should be a penalty. That's my fault. Not the owner. I have to pay to protect myself. But after the trip starts, I think the owner should pay for the insurance because it's not my fault if something goes wrong with the boat and weather is part of his business reality.
