	I agree with Will--the boat owner should pay for the insurance... Rob - Open Water Diver/Programmer November 1, 2004 at 11:58:31 There is so much disparity between different boats and boat crews and owners.  Some are in bad condition and breaking down all the time. Some are new.  But with the trip insurance you have to pay for all of them. Definitely the boat owner should pay not the customers.
