	The divers are responsible??? Give it up Buck... Jason Hearns - Divemaster July 10, 2003 at 23:23:40 How can the two Okeanos Aggressor divers who died at Cocos Island possibly be responsible? They were drift diving and the Aggressor crew couldn't find them when they surfaced.  I don't know how things work down in Costa Rica but around here, that's what we call gross negligence.
