	I agree with Hasson/Elkins--the divers are responsible... Buck Evans - Divemaster/Contractor June 23, 2003 at 12:14:36 I'm afraid I have to agree with Wayne Hasson and Ken Elkins. It's no secret there have been problems with Aggressor boats.  Yet the two divers who died at Cocos Island deliberately ignored that information and "rolled the dice" on the Okeanos Aggressor.  They lost.
