as Cuan Law and Lammer Law by any stretch of the imagination. One very serious problem with the Aggressor franchise is NO QUALITY CONTROL and that leads to accidents, injuries and deaths. Another problem with Aggressor boats is a HIGH RATE OF CREW TURNOVER and that also leads to accidents, injuries and deaths. The BIG problem is that you never know what to expect from an Aggressor boat. You might get lucky and have a good
trip. Or you might get permanently lost on a drift dive. And then there's what David Schwager calls the "SCREW YOU" no refunds policy. When an Aggressor boat has to cancel dives you paid for (because of weather or equipment malfunction), they make you pay anyway and blame YOU for not buying trip insurance. Cuan Law, Lammer Law and other boats will reimburse customers for any dives that have to be cancelled due to weather or equipment
malfunction. All you have to do is ask but Elkins/Sandee is too busy promoting Aggressor boats to get the facts. Regarding refunds on Sandee's third-grade reading lessons, I'm afraid I can't offer any help. But if Sandee eventually learns how to read at the third-grade level, she will learn that Elkins insulted David Schwager but Schwager never called Elkins a "whore". If he had, he would have been correct. |
