Sandee, do you mean name calling as in 'Schwager the Bragger'???...Barbara Cohen - Rescue Diver/Small Business OwnerJune 1, 2003 at 23:52:48I'm afraid I have to disagree with you Sandee.
There is a world of difference between the Aggressor franchise operators (who put customers on half-repaired boats with toxic chemical fumes in the cabins) and Cuan Law/Lammer Law who would never, ever do such a terrible thing to their customers. Not only are the Cuan Law/Lammer Law boats always ship-shape (at least when I've been aboard), diver safety is priority number one and their refund policies are fair. Example: When Aggressor franchise boats
cancel dives due to bad weather, equipment malfunction (compressors), etc, the customer still has to pay. It's right there in what David Schwager accurately describes as the Aggressor's "Screw You" booking policy. On the other hand, if Cuan Law/Lammer Law has to cancel dives due to weather or other problems, the customer is always reimbursed for the lost dives. Don't know how you missed that when you made your phone calls Sandee... But you also
failed to notice that Ken Elkins completely lost his cool and took a cheap shot at David ("Schwager the Bragger") but David never insulted Ken. Get your facts straight Sandee before you end up dead because the Aggressor crew was so busy preparing for the afternoon fashion show or trying to repair the broken toilets, they lost you on a drift dive. |
