I just read all of Captain Ken's posts and he was very specific when he replied to Mr. Schwager's posts concerning the refund policy for various dive boat operators.
He agreed with Mr. Schwager by saying that all boats they had both mentioned were good boats. BUT, Captain Ken did suggest that Mr. Schwager should send off for the written policy of the Lammer Law and compare that one with the Aggressor policy. I did and Captain Ken is correct. Except for the Company name, both are nearly identical. Maybe it's Mr. Hasson's phone personality that needs improvement. The employee's at Aggressor Fleet's 1-800 number were very informative and professional just like the ones for Lammer Law and Cuan Law were.
In all of the posts I have read, Captain Ken Elkins is the only one who has been called a "Whore" so who is the name caller? And it looks to me like Mr. Schwager simply has a grudge against the Aggressor and Dancer fleets. |
