How do you know what waiver we signed??? As for saying I should have known better, please explain. I had a great trip in Palau and on that basis we booked Galapagos. Things happen with boats and the ocean, it's how you handle it that matters.  I never asked you or any one for sympathy but if I'm unhappy with a service or product I make a claim and use whatever legal means to pursue it. If you are the type who simply walks away from a problem that is your perogative. If I'm going to be fu*ked I at least want a kiss.
