	The Aggressor left port in a state of disrepair... Doug Norman  - Recreational Diver August 8, 2002 at 10:43:57 The issue is that the Aggressor left port on a scheduled trip in a state of disrepair and without one of its life rafts. Whether the missing life raft was SOLAS approved or certified by Ecuador's own maritime safety agency makes no difference. It wasn't on the boat.
