Although the 11/01 trip certainly does sound like a nightmare, I must state that this certainly was NOT the experience my group had on the Galapagos Aggressor in January, 2001. I have taken numerous trips on several liveaboards mamaged by different operators through the years (including the Nekton Pilot, the Carribean Explorer, the Antares Dancer and the Fiji Aggressor), and this one was the among the BEST that I had ever experienced. Certainly, the main reason was the location---the Galapagos Islands are simply awesome --- but the crew and the Aggressor were also in first class shape. It was a very well run and well managed trip. At NO TIME did I ever feel that the crew compromised on safety issues. Food was plentiful, and diving and land excursions were varied and wonderfully planned. Since we did not have any problems to contend with, I cannot comment on custormer service.
