If the already bad condition of the Aggressor had worsened, or if they had been hit by severe weather and everyone had been forced to abandon ship, many of them could have died without the required life raft. I just don't understand how any responsible live-aboard operator could gamble with customer lives as Wayne Hasson obviously did. |
