Hasson profits from Aggressor boats--he's also responsible...

Hold it everyone. Its NOT just about safety! There was a lot more to the Cyber Diver article on Galapogos Aggressor than the missing lifeboat. Even if we accept the Elkins justification (which may or may not hold water - excuse the pun), there is still the matter of the subhuman living conditions in the cabins, the missiing poopdeck hot tub (probably not required by SOLAS either, but promised just the same), one-third of the dives cancelled, running up on a reef, and to top it off, the unbelievably rude and arrogant comments by Hasson himself in response to client complaints. In my book, that all adds up to a bum trip - even if it was survivable.
And your comments to the effect that Hasson has no responsibilty here? Sorry Elkins - it doesn't matter a bit whether or not Hasson has an ownership share or "personal funds invested" in either of these boats. Fact is, he markets and sells trips aboard these boats, and profits from every ticket sold. That makes him in part responsible for what happens on these boats. Ask any attorney.
Where do you come up with the notion that Cyber Diver wrote this article with a hidden agenda: "to destroy these two businesses."? Do you have any evidence other than conjecture to support that assertion? Are you saying that criticism - or exposing doccumented evidence that casts a negative light on a public figure - is not ethical journalism? Ever read the NY Times or Washington Post?
Probably not - from your comments, I'd guess you rarely get past the cover (or center-fold) of Skin Diver. Dive Safe!
