actually happened. We were not OFFERED anything. We had to demand some compensation. If you had been a responsible operator, someone would have been at the dock or airport when we arrived to inform us of the problem, not two hours out at sea. At NO TIME did any of the management or staff offer us any explanation or apology regarding the situation on the boat. Even when we had run aground and holed the boat we had to chase up the crew to find out what was happening. You and your company
just hoped we would be quiet and go back to our respective countrys and say no more about it. WRONG. The attitude of the boat crew, who left us stranded on a deserted wharf in bad weather from 11:00pm until 2:30am in the morning while they all slept, and your management, whose attitude from Hasson down is 'we have your money so tough', is an insult to all those in the dive travel industry. |
